About Bailey

Bailey Heuser, LPC, CSAT, CMAT, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and behavioral health consultant with more than fourteen years of experience across mental health, addiction treatment, trauma-informed care, behavioral health programs, and professional training.

Clinically, Bailey specializes in trauma and PTSD, addiction and compulsive behaviors, compulsive sexual behavior/sex addiction, problematic pornography use, infidelity and betrayal trauma, and complex or co-occurring concerns. She works with adults and teenagers, including military members, veterans, first responders, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, and others in high-stress occupations.

Her approach is direct, nonjudgmental, and individualized. Bailey is comfortable working with concerns that are often difficult to talk about and frequently tells clients, “I’ve heard it all.” Her goal is to create a space where shame and secrecy do not prevent clients from addressing what is actually happening.

In addition to private practice, Bailey’s background includes behavioral health leadership, program development, residential and outpatient treatment, school-based behavioral health, military behavioral health programs, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. That experience also informs the consulting, training, and program-development services offered through Heuser Consulting Group.
